You will hear about the nightlife of the Willet-Holthuysen couple, the last residents of the monumental building, as well as the daily activities of the servants. The museum docents bring the house to life and take you past the Great Hall, the monumental staircase and Abraham Willet's rich art collection. Weather permitting, a short introduction to the canal garden is part of the tour, after which you can view it independently.
