<p>Mies de Hond is currently enrolled in the Research Master History at the University of Amsterdam, following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree in History with a specialization in cultural history at Utrecht University. Her current research primarily focuses on colonial history, with a particular emphasis on Indonesia. In addition, she has a strong interest in media history and works as a historical film reviewer for <i>De Jonge Historici</i>. </p>
