    Hannah Belliot is the first black female list leader, district chairman and alderman in the Netherlands.

    Hannah Belliot

    Johanna Helouïse (Hannah) Belliot (Paranam, November 17, 1947) is a Dutch former politician and administrator for the Dutch Labour Party. She was district chairman of Amsterdam-Zuidoost from 1998 to 2002 and alderman of the City of Amsterdam from 2002 to 2006.

    Her portfolio included Care, Culture, Local Media and Monuments. She also briefly assumed the portfolio of former alderman Rob Oudkerk in early 2004. Read more.
