In the 1.5-hour workshop, Blok supported 12 participants in creating a drawn ode to themselves. For Blok, visual art is a way to express oneself and share one's inner world with others. She wanted to inspire Amsterdam women to reflect on the journey they have taken as individuals and translate this into a drawing. Roéda Mohamad served as a model to physically represent the different phases of the women's lives. Five participating women wanted to share their odes on this platform.
