International Women's Day
International Women's Day on March 8th is all about a sense of solidarity with women around the world. Due to the postponed opening of Amsterdam Museum at the Amstel, the Female Gaze tours will not take place. We do have other special programming this day that is free of charge. We invite women from all over the city to celebrate this day with us.
Liyah Park provides a special edition of her livecast Vrouwentoilet (Women's bathroom) where she talks to guests such as Romy Noach and Tammie Schoots about what different objects from the Amsterdam Museum trigger in them from the Female Gaze.
Guests:

13.00 Romy Noach
13.30 Ishara Merhai
14.00 Alina Danii Bijl
14.30 Talitha Muuse

In the evening the program will continue in Pakhuis de Zwijger with Femtopia. At 8.15 - 9.00 pm, the Amsterdam Museum will present a panel discussion on the Female Impact in Art and the City with Gunay Uslu, Margriet Schavemaker, Tanja Jadnanansing en Rachel Esner. About the cultural and social impact of women in the city. When did you become aware of the need for change? Can we as women in these areas challenge the male norm? We discuss what the women have achieved and how we see the future of the city.
See you on March 8th?
Female Impact in Kunst en Stad
In de avond gaat het programma gewoon door in Pakhuis de Zwijger met Femtopia.
