Awareness

We need to adopt a different attitude toward our living environment, our culture, and nature. Too often, we still choose money and the luxury desires of modern man, putting the livability of our country (world) at risk.

Wish for the future:

Many good plans have already been made, but in practice, because it concerns us all, we need to bring about a change in our thinking. My wish for the future is therefore that if everyone starts with themselves, takes responsibility, organizes their life in such a way that they take the world around them into account and cherish our heritage, we will come a long way.

Title: The globetrotter.

I have a piece of art, measuring 50 by 50 cm, consisting of 16 hardboard tiles measuring 10 by 10 cm, painted in oil. It is a kind of comic strip about a hurried, insatiable tourist.

I chose Delft Blue tiles because they were used in the past and are still used today to depict fun, typical scenes, but also to display words of wisdom on a wall.

This way, you are reminded every day that your choices and everyday behavior certainly have an impact on the livability of our country (world) and how important that is.
